My mission is to help women and men to have more love and nourishing connection in their lives.

Angela Barett - life and love coach online

I am a love coach, wife, mother, coffee addict and I'm passionate about connection.

I do this work because I love people, I love harmony and I love assisting people to have positive, nourishing relationships with other humans. I believe healthy relationships are at the core of a happy life.

My experience of being painfully single into my 30s and feeling inept to find a great partner – and then creating my own breakthrough in love – led me to do this work. I thrive on helping people have breakthroughs in all of their relationships.

After 30 years as a journalist, I became a qualified counsellor-psychotherapist. The study was life-changing, but I found that pure counselling wasn’t for me. As a practical, action-oriented person, I felt frustrated because I wanted to strongly help people to actively move forward in their life.

I wanted to empower people to become full participants in their own journey

I discovered Calling in “The One” and Conscious Uncoupling when I interviewed their creator, Katherine Woodward Thomas, for a magazine article. Her models of coaching really resonated with me, so trained with her to become a dual-certified Calling in "The One"™ and Conscious Uncoupling™ Coach.

It excites me to work with accomplished women and men who are ready to do what it takes to face themselves and their own falsehoods so they can live their most empowered life through creating rich, loving connections.

The support I provide is very personalised and would like to think my clients feel a genuine sense of care and interest from me in their lives and dreams.

In my years as a journalist, I worked for The Australian Women’s Weekly and Good Health magazines in Sydney, and in their New York and London offices.

I am passionate about living a healthy life so was thrilled to be commissioned to write two children’s books for Central Coast Health - The Magic Lunchbox and Jack’s Funtastic Day. I have also written resources for children for Interrelate, a not-for-profit provider of relationship services that provides support for parents and children.

I live with my husband, Tim, our two daughters, two cats and our doting Cavoodle, Foz, on the glorious Central Coast of NSW, Australia.
